About me.
Hello, my name is Arjan van Geel.
Before I started Brainpunch UX Research, I’ve been an all-round market researcher, specialized in UX and usability research for almost 10 years. More than five of them, I’ve been a senior project manager at a well-respected market research company in Amsterdam.
I have a master’s degree in communication & digital media research (Tilburg University, The Netherlands).

Running.
I love running. Especially long distance trail running. Rain, wind, mud and hills don’t scare me. They make my runs interesting. My 10K record is 41mins27secs, my half marathon record is 1hr30mins31secs. To learn more about this, visit my Strava profile page.
Punk rock.
I love punk rock. I’ve recorded a lot of live punk rock shows, all over the world. And I’ve recorded and edited a lot of interviews with famous punk rock bands. As a result, my YouTube channel is extremely popular (5 million views, 3.000+ subscribers).
Vinyl & Socks.
I love collecting colorful punk rock vinyl (12″ albums) and even more colorful designer socks (by Effio). I have a huge collection of both. Check ’em out on my Instagram page, where you can also see pictures of city trips, skateboards, and other fun things.
